How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Can I pay online?
Yes, we accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at our email or phone number.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in major cities. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above PKR 2,000. A flat delivery charge applies to orders below this amount.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Are supplements and medicines returnable?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened supplement or medicine products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source all products directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. Every product comes with original packaging and warranty where applicable.
Do you sell prescription medicines?
We currently sell over-the-counter (OTC) wellness products, supplements, and medical devices. Prescription medicines are not available on this platform.
