Shipping Policy

At Paris Medicos, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (nationwide)
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad)

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 2,000
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below PKR 2,000 (displayed at checkout)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all cities, towns, and remote areas across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue promptly.
