At Paris Medicos, we work to pack and dispatch orders carefully so your healthcare essentials reach you safely.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: usually 3-5 business days nationwide.
• City and courier variation: delivery time can vary based on location, courier load, weather, public holidays, and remote-area coverage.

Shipping Charges

• free delivery on orders of PKR 10,000 or more.
• Orders below PKR 10,000 carry a PKR 250 shipping charge unless a promotion says otherwise.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed late in the day may be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share courier or delivery updates where available.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Pakistan. Remote locations may require extra delivery time.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and help resolve it.
